The Commission has a range of activities and channels through which it undertakes both internal and external communication activities.
 
The external audience for WCC Communications are: Workers with disputed claims; employers of those workers; insurers; solicitors (practitioners); the WorkCover Authority; and medical practitioners.
 
The vehicles for external communications are: 
 
  • WCC website;
  • User Group meetings;
  • E-Bulletins;
  • The Commission's publications, brochures, forms for claims, etc;
  • Explanatory video for workers involved in proceedings;
  • Seminars, presentations and training to interested relevant groups;
  • Annual Reviews; and
  • Targeted communication for relevant groups.
